More than 50 firefighters tackle blaze at Denmead

More than 50 firefighters have tackled a blaze at a workshop in Denmead near Waterlooville.

Hampshire Fire and Rescue sent eight fire engines plus an aerial ladder to the scene in Sheepwash Lane on Wednesday.

Crews were called just before 4.10pm near to Furzeley Golf Club.

Photos released by Waterlooville Fire Station show the aftermath of the fire.

Crews were back at the scene on Thursday morning to dampen down any hotspots.
