Seventeen migrants, including three minors, have been found at Dover on what is believed to be a stolen fishing boat.
The 14 men and three minors are all Iranian.
The group arrived at the harbour early on Tuesday morning on what is thought to be a fishing trawler stolen from France.
It comes after more than half a dozen Iranian migrants were stopped on board a dinghy in Dover last week.
It follows a report from the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration which said that "illegal immigrants may be exploiting staff shortages in the sea ports of Southern England".
The three minors have been referred to social services.
