Family forced to leave their home after a car crashes into their wall

A family from Chandler's Ford has been forced to leave their home and may not be able to return this side of Christmas after a car crashed into their lounge wall.

Father-of-four, Craig Collins, says the car crashed into their home in the middle of the night and narrowly missed his son's bedroom.

The family has been told it's now too unsafe to live there, as Mary Stanley reports:

A 25-year-old man has appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court charged with dangerous driving, and not having a licence, and not having insurance.
