Gillingham have offered free tickets to all fans who watched the team slip to a humbling defeat at lowly Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night.

The struggling Gills, who are 20th in League One, lost 3-1 at the bottom of the table Argyle in a performance manager, Steve Lovell, branded ‘very poor’.

Now chairman, Paul Scally, has decided to act to try and appease supporters who made the 500 mile round trip to Home Park.

Gillingham face another crucial game on Saturday as they prepare to host Bradford, who have now replaced Plymouth at the bottom of the table.
