Veteran nominated for Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Fundraiser of the Year Award

Our next nominee for the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Award Fundraiser of the Year Award is Martin McConnell.

Martin from Wadhurst in Sussex is a veteran who suffers from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

He has dedicated his free time to fundraising more than £20,000 in two years to help others who are also recovering from the wounds of war which affect whole families.
