Our next Pride of Britain ITV Meridian Fundraiser of the Year nominee is Patsy Hallmey from Bournemouth, who co-founded the Dorset Children's Foundation five years ago.

Since then she has raised more than £500,000 to help improve the lives of more than 75 disabled children.
