Puppies in desperate need of mother after being dumped in a plastic box
Ten puppies have been rescued after they were found abandoned in a layby in Hampshire.
The tiny Staffordshire terriers were just ten days old when they were found in a plastic box on Titchfield lane near Wickham at the weekend.
The RSPCA says they are in desperate need of their mother and has launched an investigation.
They're now receiving treatment and the RSPCA is investigating.
The pups - who don't yet have their eyes open - were discovered in a plastic box wrapped in a blanket by a member of the public.
They were rushed to a vet where they are now receiving immediate treatment as they are completely reliant on hand rearing to replicate the care their mum should be giving them.
