Portsmouth based HMS Middleton returned home to Portsmouth today to rousing applause and cheers.

It's been three years since the minehunter left for the Gulf - with the crew on board since January.

And, within minutes of arriving, there was even a proposal for one of the waiting well-wishers.

Richard Jones spoke to Kayleigh Stollery, fiancee & Petty Officer Andy Clark, fiance & Dave Stollery, Kayleigh's Dad
