RSPCA struggling to rehome hundreds of cats and kittens
The RSPCA says it has been struggling to rehome cats and kittens this summer.
New Government proposals will mean people wanting to buy or adopt a pet less than six months old will have to go to the breeder or a rescue centre instead of a third party dealer.
That's been welcomed by Lorri Seymour from Hampshire who she says she is overrun with animals, desperate for a loving family. Natalie Boare reports.
