Boomtown Festival gets underway
The annual Boomtown Fair is underway in Hampshire.
The organisers describe the four-day event as 'a diverse line-up of underground and global music with boundary pushing immersive art, theatre and performance coming together as a living, breathing, fictitious city'.
The festival at the Matterley Bowl near Winchester in the South Downs National Park has capacity for 60,000 visitors, with many people choosing to camp there over the weekend.
Musical acts from a wide variety of genres will be performing on stage over the next few days.
