Yoga prodigy flexing-up for World Championships

Yoga is one of the most popular ways of keeping fit across the world. With sports stars like Andy Murray and Gareth Bale saying it's helped them achieve their best.

Well, a schoolboy from Sevenoaks is leading the way, having just won an international yoga award.

Andrew Pate went to see him in action:

Like many other eight year olds, Ishwar loves playing on an ipad. But unlike many others, he does so in all sorts of positions!

The Yoga prodigy from Sevenoaks recently won the Euro Asian Championships in Turkey, and explained why he enjoys Yoga so much.

Ishwar's dad is a consultant radiologist at Darent Valley hospital in Dartford. He helps his son with artistic yoga, and is a fan of Yoga - in all it's forms.

To win his award, Ishwar took on opponents of all ages. His prize - a great reward for hours of practice.

Ishwar will be representing Great Britain again next month in the World championships in Canada.

Showing with Yoga - age has no limits.
