A woman from Bexhill who was stalked by her husband via a series of internet messages is warning people of the dangers of cyberstalking.
Amanda Playle became a recluse after her husband Paul impersonated her former school boyfriend.
He subjected her to a long campaign of stalking via the internet and social media messages.
She has been speaking as part of National Stalking Awareness Week.
Figures show stalking cases in England and Wales have almost doubled in a year.
