Improving confidence key challenge for Royals, says Clement

New Reading manager, Paul Clement, has told ITV News Meridian improving the confidence of the squad has been his key challenge so far.

The former Swansea boss has overseen one win and one defeat from his first two games, which leaves the club five points above the Championship relegation zone with six games to go.

Clement replaced Jaap Stam last month after the Dutchman was sacked following a run of just one win in 18 games.
