A mother from Kent has told Meridian that, now the law is to be changed, she feels her son's death from drugs was not in vain.

Robert Fraser from Deal was 18 when he died after taking Fentanyl, a synthetic drug 50 times stronger than heroin.

His mother Michelle has campaigned for "Robert's Law ", a series of measures to toughen sentencing for supplying the drug.

Now the Crown Prosecution Service has revised its guidelines.

Our reporter John Ryall spoke to Michelle Fraser, Robert's mother, Charlie Elphicke MP, Dover, Independent and Karen Tyrell, Executive Director of External Affairs at Addaction.
