A damp and chilly Easter Monday across Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

Today:Heavy rain will continue during the morning for most, with some localised flooding possible in western parts. Rain mostly clear in the afternoon, slowest to clear from Kent and Sussex. Then, milder in bright spells, although a few showers possible. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Tonight:Some clearer spells at first, although turning cloudy with outbreaks of showery rain developing, some heavy. A milder night with a southerly breeze. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Tuesday:Very mild on Tuesday, with warm sunshine although with a risk of heavy showers and a noticeable southwesterly breeze. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:Rather cloudy with heavy showers during Wednesday. Turning cooler on Thursday although mostly dry with some bright spells. Rather warm Friday and dry with bright spells in a southerly breeze.
