Ice warnings to car drivers who are also told to clear snow from windscreens - or face fines!

Police across the south are warning drivers that ice patches will continue as temperatures plunge below zero.

And they warn drivers who do not clear snow from their cars, making them unsafe to drive, face on the spot fines - as this chap did below. He was stopped by traffic police in Hedge End near Southampton and issued with a £50 fine.
