Another very warm day with possible thunderstorms across Kent, East Sussex, Surrey and South Essex.

Dry and bright with sunny spells. Chance of showers or thunderstorms but these should ease early afternoon. Feeling very warm and humid. Maximum temperature 31 deg C (88 deg F).

Tonight, any isolated thunderstorms soon dying out with a dry night in prospect and long clear spells developing. Winds remaining light with a chance of mist later in the night. Minimum temperature 15 deg C (59 deg F).

Friday dry and bright with some sunshine, once any early mist clears, although there may be more cloud than recent days. Feeling warm during the afternoon with winds remaining light. Maximum temperature 29 deg C (84 deg F).

Outlook for Saturday to Monday, Saturday fine and very warm, with bright or sunny spells. Some sunshine Sunday and Monday, with locally heavy showers likely. Risk of more persistent rain and feeling somewhat cooler.
