Schoolboy from Kent retains national yoga title at age of seven

Ishwar Sharma, age 7, has won the UK National Yoga Sports Championship for the second year running

An exceptionally bendy schoolboy from Kent has beaten competitors from all over the UK to win a national yoga competition.

Ishwar Sharma claimed the title for the under 11s category in the UK National Yoga Sports Championship - even though he's only seven. And it's the second time he's won it.

Abigail Bracken went to see him practising at his school near Sevenoaks. She spoke to his father, Nanjundiah Vishwanath, and the headteacher of the Pre-Prep at St Michael's Preparatory School in Otford, Zerrin Leech.
