A grandfather who has multiple sclerosis says he's been forced to hand back his mobility car after having his disability benefit downgraded.

John Atkins from Whitstable finds it difficult to walk and his specially-adapted car was able to carry both his wheelchair and disability scooter.

But Mr Atkins has been told he no longer qualifies for the highest rate of support following a change to the benefits system and has had to hand the car back.
