Man in beanie hat sought after Reading sex attack

The incident happened in the underground carpark at Reading station

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted in Reading railway station car park last Thursday.

The 21-year-old was walking up the staircase leading from the underground car park to the concourse, when she was approached by a man at around 7.50pm.

The man pushed her up against the wall and covered her mouth with his hand before sexually assaulting her.

He is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall and he was wearing a dark hooded top and a beanie hat.
