Schoolboy wins award for quick-thinking after he saves his home from fire
A schoolboy from Kent has been praised for his quick-thinking when fire broke out at his home.
Jack Gove, who's 11, could smell smoke coming from the kitchen, where the cooker had set light to some washing.
Jack had recently listened to a fire safety talk from Kent Fire and Rescue Service when they'd visited his school. So Jack knew what to do.
