Future of Southern Health chief executive under scrutiny
The interim chair of Southern Health NHS Trust has promised a full review of the organisation - including the future of chief executive Katrina Percy.
There have been widespread calls for Ms Percy to resign in response to hundreds of unexpected deaths of patients with learning difficulties and disabilities.
Damning reports from NHS England and the Care Quality Commission claimed that the deaths were not properly investigated.
Tim Smart, the interim chairman, says he is inviting opinions about the future of Katrina Percy.
Tim Smart has also revealed that he is advising the governors of the trust on the legal aspects of removing board directors, such as Katrina Percy.
