We've been lucky with some very clear nights just recently and it was thanks to one of those last night that Matt managed to get that amazing image of the Milky Way over Durdle Door.

And Matt wasn't the only person to spot it.

Martin Dolan also risked the chilly air to get this shot at Knowlton Church

Meanwhile our old friend Greg Parker of the New Forest Observatory has been busy too.

As I'm sure you know that's M44, otherwise known as the Beehive cluster, in the constellation Cancer.

And this is the Carbon star T Cancri also in the constellation Cancer.
