Thousands compete in Brighton half marathon
More than eight thousand runners took part in a half marathon in Brighton this morning.
The race was started by Olympic gold medallist Sally Gunnell, who lives in Sussex, and she cheered on the runners as they ran past.
The race winner, Paul Martelletti, set a new course record of 64 minutes and 53 seconds. He's now won the race for the fourth year running.
The fastest woman, Leigh Lattimore hadn't even run a half marathon before.
But for many runners, the race was all about raising money for charity. You can watch Abigail Bracken's full report below.
