Simon's Blog - Britain's Got Talented Animals

As auditions for this years Ant & Dec talent show get under way, we all remember that Matisse the dog was the controversial winner last year and so hats off to Ian Clark managed to find a squirrel in Sholing that was happy to do it's own stunts!

He also found one that’s a master of disguise.

Hang on...why’s that otter got a furry tale?

And the one Jacky Lewis found in Hastings can also become almost invisible.

Well if it's snowing it can!

In our quirky creatures spot and David Tarr in Shoreham-by-Sea has provided us with a rare two headed swan.

Meanwhile whilst on holiday in Devon, Norma Etheridge came across an alpaca with just the one head but two bodies.

And in a final twist, Tim Wells in Rottingdean supplied a seagull with no head but that can still fly.

How does it know where it's going?

Melvyn Packman in Whitstable has got Britain's strongest dog. Meet Jed who goes to fetch a stick...

...and comes back with a tree!

And speaking of great strength and we’re back to squirrels as Sue Wood in Folkestone spotted one who’s not only brave enough to tackle an orange...

...but then takes it forty feet into a tree!

All that vitamin c...presumably it'll never get a cold!
