Boss of beleaguered health trust rejects calls to stand down
The Chief Executive of Southern Health NHS Trust has rejected calls for her resignation at a public meeting.
The group provides care across Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire but Katrina Percy came under fire after the trust failed to investigate hundreds of unexpected deaths over a four year period.
Among the deaths were Connor Sparrowhawk from Oxfordshire. His death led to an independent investigation - and today his family said the lack of accountability is causing more pain for relatives.
