If you like flowers then Winchester Cathedral is the place for you.

Cascades is their four day Festival of Flowers and hundreds of volunteers have spent the last few days getting this treat for both the eyes and the nose ready.

Yesterday I went for a sneak preview and to find out more about the event from Simon Barwood.

The whole event was opened by the actor Hugh Bonneville and I managed to grab a quick chat with him.

The first question I asked was how he came to be there.

What a lovely chap...although he's a bit tall for my liking!
