Students 'inspired' by graduate's Oscar win

It was a big night for former Bournemouth University MA student, Andrew Lockley, as he took to the stage to collect an Oscar for Best Visual Effects, for Interstellar.

Mr Lockley and his team also picked up an Academy Award in 2011 for their work on Inception, and earlier this month they received a BAFTA award in the same category.

Mr Lockley and BU honorary graduate Paul Franklin are just two of dozens of graduates from the National Centre for Computer Animation to work on recent Hollywood blockbusters.
