Going global to recruit new students

British universities are branching out around the world. Southampton and Reading are both opening branch campuses in Malaysia. It means students can study for prestigious degrees accredited by British universities without paying to travel to England. And many will save as much as fifty per cent of the cost of fees here. The demand for higher education in developing economies is soaring.
