Protesters hurled abuse at drivers and jostled with police as live animal exports resumed at Ramsgate today.

Seven trucks carrying sheep to the Continent passed through the Kent port. Earlier this week Dutch exporters won a court order overturning a ban on the shipments.

Derek Johnson speaks to Gayle Webb and Gerard Bane protesting at the port as well as RSPCA Chief Executive Gavin Grant and Frank Langrish from the National Farmers' Union.
