Heathrow expansion back on agenda after reshuffle

There is new speculation over the possibility of a third runway at Heathrow tonight after a dramatic cabinet reshuffle which saw Transport Secretary Justine Greening moved from her post.

The politician had always been heavily opposed the idea, leading campaigners to believe the plans were dead in the water. But tonight those against the scheme are dismayed at the fact the proposal could now be back on the cards.
