First Great Western rail boss talks delays
One in five of the trains run by rail operator First Great Western, has arrived at stations late according to new figures.
Just over 80% of the firm's services ran to schedule in the Thames Valley. The company, which is being forced by the Government to pay compensation to its passengers, has apologised to its customers.
ITV Meridian's transport correspondent Mike Pearse spoke to First Great Western's Managing Director Mark Hopwood about delays, compensation and what is being done to solve the issues.
