A-Level results day

Tens of thousands of students across the region have been receiving their A Level results.

The number receiving top grades is slightly down for the first time in more than twenty years.

Students starting university this year will be the first to pay increased tuition fees of up to nine thousand pounds.

Some are deciding to skip getting a degree altogether and do apprenticeships instead.

But whatever route they're taking, they're celebrating their achievements.
