Southampton anger over cruises

Management at the port of Southampton are furious that Liverpool is being allowed to enter the cruise industry. Liverpool will pay back grants for the building of its terminal. Southampton had said it was unfair for the city to use public money to compete in the cruise liner market.

Transport Mike Penning says that Liverpool deserves to enter the cruise industry.
