Plane emergency at Gatwick

An airliner with almost three hundred passengers and crew on board was forced to make an emergency landing at Gatwick Airport today after it developed a technical problem en route to Florida in the USA.

Flights at the southern airport were suspended for several hours after the Virgin Atlantic plane had to return just 40 minutes into its transatlantic flight. Divya Kohli has been following the story.
