Extradition threat 17 years on

A man from Kent could be extradited - and jailed - for a crime he thought he was cleared of seventeen years ago. Graham Mitchell spent a year in prison after a German tourist was injured in Portugal in 1994.

But the following year he was cleared in a trial - and returned to Britain. He never thought he'd have to face Portuguese justice again ... until police arrived at his home in Canterbury. Mr Mitchell says he has no idea why _he should be re-arrested.
