Network Rail has apologised for more delays at London Bridge today. Disruption is expected to continue until 5pm after a freight train broke down this morning.
A Network Rail spokesman said:
"We apologise to passengers for disruption to train services this morning. "Railway engineers are working to safely remove the wagon as soon as possible."
Thameslink services to London Bridge are terminating at East Croydon and Gatwick Airport, while Southern is running an amended timetable until the wagon is moved. Southeastern services are not affected.
The unlicensed events unfolded on Saturday night at Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
A 37 year old man who was taken to hospital after getting into difficulty in a stretch of water near Maidenhead has died.
