Cyclists are planning to stage a 'draw-in' protest at Elephant and Castle, where a cyclist was killed yesterday by a lorry. Protesters will draw chalk lines around an area they want to see segregated to help protect cyclists.

To mark yesterday's tragedy and to protest at the continued total failure by Southwark Council and TfL to install emergency protected by-passes at dangerous junctions such as the Elephant, we will draw in Green and White Chalk the protected cycle-lane that Southwark and TfL should be installing immediately.
Protesters also plan to stage a 'die-in', by laying on the ground with their bikes along the route of a segregated cycle-lane.
The unlicensed events unfolded on Saturday night at Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
