A teenager has died after she was found on fire in south-west London. Emergency services were called to a level crossing on West Barnes Lane, New Malden, where they found the 18-year-old on fire. The woman died at the scene.
Investigations are continuing this morning in to the death of a teenage mother who died after being found on fire in a south London street. Rachel Osei had a three year old son.
