Brent new £100m civic centre has opened for business today - which the council claims is the most environmentally friendly building in Britain
Brent council celebrates new civic centre
The new, hundred-million pound Civic Centre in Brent was officially opened today. Amid the celebrations, the Council is claiming the money was well spent, as the new, environmentally friendly building puts it's staff and services together under one roof.
But the project has not been without controversy - as Robyn Dwyer reports.
