Official logo to promote London
More than half of Londoners support the idea of a London logo, as Big Ben and red buses are voted the capital's most popular icons.
Words which best describe London
A new survey has found a majority of Londoners believe the city should have its own logo.
The YouGov poll commissioned by branding agency Landor Associates found that 51% of those living in the capital believe the city should have a logo compared with 31% who disagreed.
They were also asked to pick three words that best describe London. Here are the findings:
- Diverse - 61%
- Creative - 31%
- Proud - 26%
- Resilient - 19%
- Tolerant - 18%
- Aggressive -16%
- Ambitious - 14%
- Freedom - 14%
