Heckling now from firefighters in the public gallery saying: "You did not listen". Another heckle: "You're going to kill people Boris". Boris Johnson responds: "I'm absolutely certain this is a sound plan". Assembly Chair Darren Johnson appeals for quiet so members "can hold the mayor to account".
The unlicensed events unfolded on Saturday night at Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
