So far this year four cyclist have been killed on London's roads.
That's compared to 14 deaths in total last year - a figure which represented a 13% drop on the year before.
There were also 657 serious injuries last year, though no comparable figure has yet been compiled for this year to date.
The unlicensed events unfolded on Saturday night at Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
