The Bomber Command monument in Green Park and the Animals In War memorial were spray-painted overnight. Police are investigating.
Douglas Radcliffe is the Secretary of the Bomber Command Association. He says he's standing at the moment until the graffiti is removed.
He went on to say "I'm very disturbed of course. I can't relate to who's done it."
"If we knew it was going to happen we would have taken some reserve."
The unlicensed events unfolded on Saturday night at Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
