'Mind the gap' voice restored
A recording of the "mind the gap" announcements once heard on the London Underground is being restored to Embankment station so the wife of the late actor behind it can hear his voice again.

"Mind the Gap" - three little words that most Londoners barely notice anymore.
But for Margaret McCollum that simple instruction on the underground has a very personal meaning. It was the voice of her late husband Oswald Lawrence.
