Geoffrey Palmer in anti-HS2 campaign

He is best known for his parts in British domestic sitcoms, but the actor Geoffrey Palmer has now taken up a new role as an activist.

He has lent his voice to a new campaign video against the planned high speed rail route between London and Birmingham, which he says is an expensive 'vanity project'.
