Two men charged after man dies following 'disturbance' in West London
Two men have been charged with violent disorder and grievous bodily harm (GBH) following reports of a fight and possible shots which left one man dead and injured others in West London.
Emergency services were called to Birkbeck Road in Action shortly after 4am on Sunday after reports of a 'disturbance'.
Nash Clyne, 33, who was originally from Grenada, died from his injuries at the scene. A post mortem examination is yet to take place.
His family continue to be supported by specialist officers.
The Metropolitan Police continue to urge anyone who was at the Front Line Cuts barber shop or the Paradise Cuts barber shop in Acton on Saturday evening to come forward with any information.
In a previous statement, lead investigator Detective Chief Inspector Brian Howie said: “A team of experienced detectives is working at pace to establish why Nash was murdered and bring those responsible to justice.
“We are urging anyone who was in the area or who knows anything about what happened to come forward.
“What you know, however insignificant it may seem now, could hold the key to this investigation.”
Nicholi Clyne, 34, of Cathay Walk, Northolt and Ahmed Khaleel, 31, of Quex Road, Camden appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Thursday. They've been remanded into custody.
