Belgravia's 'Floral Fairground' brings splash of colour in the September sunshine

What goes better with the September sunshine than huge flower displays and lots of them? Belgravia has been transformed into what's been described as a 'Floral Fairground' with installations featuring a helter skelter, giant ice cream cones and bumper cars all made from flowers.
