Nearly 90 per cent of parents in London have been unable or are struggling to access vital support for their children.

The charity Action for Children says the closure of children's centres and family hubs during the pandemic made access even worse for families already finding getting help difficult. ITV News London has been to Poplar to a session supporting parents and young children.
