The Windmill Theatre in Soho survived the decency laws of the 1930s and The Blitz only to fall foul of licensing rules three years ago. Now, under new owners the iconic venue is reopening with a £10 million new look and a different kind of evening's entertainment. Wil Davies has been for a look inside.
